Lori’s/Gailey Sanitation provides portable toilet rentals and septic tank cleaning in Western, Pa. We specialize in portable toilet rentals for weekend events, weddings, parties, festivals, and construction sites. PRODUCTS

Special Event Restroom
When planning your next special event, choose from our standard or VIP Restrooms. The standard restroom features an eye catching exterior, and a roomy interior. The VIP is flushable, and features a hand washing sink that empties directly into the toilet tank. Each restroom features a 60 gallon self-contained holding tank, toilet tissue, hand sanitizer, and a chemical additive. Restrooms need to be placed on a level area, that is within 10 feet of a hard surface.

Wheelchair Accessible
This spacious wheelchair accessible portable restroom provides easy access for wheelchairs and others needing extra space. (ADA also Available) At public events, The American with Disability Act requires that 5% of all units ordered be wheelchair accessible, or a minimum of one per each order.

Construction Restroom
When preparing for your new building project, include our construction restroom for workers’ convenience. Each restroom features a 60 gallon self contained holding tank, toilet tissue, hand sanitizer, and a chemical additive. Construction restrooms are serviced once per week, provided that they are clear and accessible for the service truck.

How soon can a Portable Toilet be delivered?
While we offer same day and next day deliveries when possible, it is generally a good idea to make a reservation 48 hours to one week in advance. This will insure that units are available to meet your needs, and will give us time to schedule delivery without having to charge any extra delivery fees

Can Portable Toilets be rented for just one day?
We can arrange for delivery the day before or morning of a single day rental. If the unit is needed for a Saturday or Sunday, we would deliver on Friday, and pick-up the following Monday or Tuesday, but you will still only be charged for the one day.

Will the Portable Toilet be clean and germ free?
Absolutely! All portable toilet rentals are completely cleaned and sanitized before being delivered. We are committed to providing Portable Toilets that are sanitary and comfortable.

How frequently will the Portable Toilet be serviced on my jobsite?
In most cases, each unit is serviced once per week. Service includes restocking, cleaning and sanitization. The unit needs to be clear and accessible each week for the service truck. Basic weekly service is included in your rental fee.

Can a Portable Toilet be placed anywhere on my site?
We will do our best to place your Portable Toilet anywhere on your site you would like, but we will only place units where they will be stable, secure and able to be serviced properly. Not placing units where they will be serviceable causes many potential problems, so ultimately we will only place units in locations that will keep your site safe and clean.

How many portable toilets will I need for my project?
We will assist you in determining how many units are needed for your project. The number of units required will be determined by the size of your site, how many people you need to provide service for, and any regulations you need to adhere to. For large events, we have a great deal of experience in estimating the appropriate number of units for your expected attendance. For construction sites, we will help you meet the guidelines set by OSHA and any local regulations.

Will the Portable Toilets be wheelchair accessible?
If you require a wheelchair accessible Portable Toilet, we have appropriate units available. Simply let us know your needs when making your reservation, and we will provide a wheelchair accessible Portable Toilet that is sanitary, safe and ready to use.

How do you control odors in the porta potty?
Our Portable Toilet units utilize detergent water, which works as both a sanitizer and deodorizer. Detergent water helps control odor in-between service, and as part of our regular service all odor is eliminated by waste removal and detailed cleaning. You can be sure that your workers or guests will be provided with access to clean and comfortable facility.
